Quote multiple signs in one quotation or produce multiple quotations and move them into a project. Start fresh quotes or work from templates. Once the system has worked out the recommended sell price you can adjust it to suit. Our Gross Profit Analyser will always tell you how much money you are making and what the gross profit percentage is.
Jobs
With the click of a button makes a quote into a job. Although job pricing may change you will always retain the quoted price. Then back cost your job with time sheets or touch screens data collection. Automatic folder creation with the ability to attach any documentation ensures all the relevant information about the job will always be on hand. You will also have the ability to track your jobs with our comprehensive Job Status controls and progress reports.
Projects
Move any job or quote into a project and you will have full status control over your jobs, the projects and even the quotes. Print quotes individually or combined in a project, the same goes for invoicing jobs with the ability to part invoice.
Signcutter
Our all new Signcutting operation is accurate, easy to use and flexible. Either let the computer work out the material, cutting, weeding and application, or manually override the result.
Accounts & Reports
Although our systems have a full accounts package which is totally integrated there is also the ability to link with your current accounts package. Our own integrated accounts module will provide you with a total business solution. It is functional, flexible and user friendly enabling you to run reports at any time without the need to close off or post information across.
Services
Our systems come with all the relevant operations required to manage your business. These then get modified with your rates etc. and will be totally customised to your particular needs. Installation, set up and training are included in the price. Ongoing support is also available - by phone, online, by remote access (so we can see the actual screen you are working on), or on site.
