The combined Horsham Week Regatta and Victorian State Gliding Championship is on again! Just like the last few years, the competition will be run at the Horsham Flying Club by volunteers from amongst the pilots, giving the members of HFC a much deserved break after their many years of running the show.

The scoring of the Horsham Week regatta will be using the SeeYou gliding competition scoring program which will allow more Assigned Area tasking to be conducted more easily. Only loggers will be accepted for scoring purposes. No cameras will be accepted.

It will be the pilot's responsibility to ensure that the scorer receives an IGC format file from their logger after completing each competition day. The organisers will undertake the download from your logger if they have the equipment to do so, otherwise they will ask that you submit the IGC format file on a standard floppy disk or memory stick. It is in your own interest to ensure that you have the necessary cables and software required to download your logger files in case the organisers do not already have these.
