Q. How long has Printer’s Choice been around?
A. Printer’s Choice was first released in January 1999 and has been continuously improved and developed ever since.

Q. Do we run on Mac as well as PC’s?
A. Only using remote desktop for time capture. This works OK
but is a bit slow.

Q. How many sites use Printer’s Choice?
A. Over 100 users in Australia and New Zealand.

Q. Can we link to other accounting packages?
A. Only using export invoices for debtors.

Q. Is it possible to access Printer’s Choice remotely?
A Yes, using Remote Desktop

Q. Can quote letters etc be emailed?
A. Yes, all reports can be emailed.

Q. Can we have user defined job bags?
A. Yes.

Q. Can we export to Excel?
A. Yes, using Crystal or third party software that can convert the PDF to an Excel format.

Q. Do we have online modules?
A. Yes we have a complete online ordering module, including business cards, stationery, quotes and jobs and inventory ordering.

Q. Do we have online support?
A. Yes we do have online support as well as telephone support.

Q. How are the paper prices updated?
A. We have a module called PaperChoice which keeps your paper prices and details up to date via downloads from our website.

Q. How do I reset the position and size of the windows back to the original?
A. On the top menu, click on File /Setup /Workstation /Screen /Reset.

Q. How do I reset the column width back to the original?
A. On the top menu, click on File /Setup /Workstation /Screen /Reset.
